Why on weekends?

Weekends are usually our time to get the whole clan excited to get big projects done! This weekend, our project was to spread the 10+ tons of washed rock that was delivered yesterday! Well, Big A had a 4H field trip, the hubby was too busy cleaning up his "bonus" from work - a somewhat "free" truck... (I'd rather have a $$ bonus!) and then the wind started, and then it started to rain! UGH!
Sunday, Little J will be going with his grandpa up to a Field Day put on at CWU (weather permitting - I'm sure!) Miss O will spend some time with her Nana and the hubby, Big A and myself will be going out to pick up Big A's pigs! Who knows what the weather will be like tomorrow! It would be oh-so nice if the weather would just cooperate in the morning so we can get the rock off the driveway and where it belongs!
