Saturday. we went to the Kiwanis Fishing Derby for kids. This is the first organized fishing activity our kiddos have ever been to... so it was "interesting!" Needless to say, none of our kids caught anything, other them slime and weeds! The event was a bust for them! Little J was most upset, as he showed the most amount of patience and sitting still! I have to give him alot of credit - he tried very hard! When the time was up - he was in tears that he caught nothing! So, we made the mistake of saying that we might come back tomorrow and try our luck again.....
