Saturday at the Fair

Saturday went by fast! I got behind with all the other activities going on and forgot to post the rest of the fair fun!

Saturday was fitting and showing day! Which is where the judge watches the "handler" of the porker... aka Big Al! He was doing really really well in his first class and won it! It was awesome! He was thrilled! AND he got called back to go into the "finals" round, where they pick a Grand and Reserve Champion! Talk about being on cloud nine!

Big Al did really well in the beginning of the finals round, then Charger the pig decided that she really had enough and was not cooperating so much - making it much harder for him to show her!

In the end - he ended up taking THIRD place! He was sooooo close to the top two - which I think was a bummer for him - but we were sooo thrilled with his very first fair! He did an awesome job!
